Venue

The ICC is located in the well-known, accessible Broad Street area of Birmingham city centre, adjacent to Brindleyplace and Centenary Square.

On foot from the city centre

With a wealth of landmarks to view along the way including the impressive Library of Birmingham, walking to the ICC from the city centre offers a most scenic route to the venue. From New Street station head up to Victoria Square and follow the signs to Paradise Forum, ICC and the Barclaycard Arena. Exit Paradise Forum into Centenary Square and walk straight towards the ICC, passing the Library and Rep Theatre on your right.

From the airport

Go to the Birmingham International Station (by monorail from the Terminal) and take trains to Birmingham City Centre (New Street Station). Tickets can be purchased at the station. Make sure you purchase the correct ticket. There are train company staff on hand should you have questions. Journey time approx. 12 minutes. Taxis are also available but can be expensive from the airport.

From New Street Station
Use the main exit and head towards Victoria Square and follow the signs to Paradise Forum, ICC and the Barclaycard Arena. Exit Paradise Forum into Centenary Square and walk straight towards the ICC, passing the Library and Rep Theatre on your right. 10-15 minute walk.

Public Transport

Buses

Birmingham is brilliant for buses. There is a huge network linking everyone to everything. Network West Midlands has all the online timetables and fare information. Please remember that you need to give the exact fare to the driver as you board.

Trains & Metro

Eight local rail lines criss-cross the city to ensure quick links all over the city. Midland Metro is the latest addition; a light rail system taking passengers between Snow Hill Station the city centre and Wolverhampton. More information can be found on the Centro website.

Taxis

The city's well regulated taxis are especially convenient for those with heavy luggage or returning late from a night out. Black cabs can be hailed in the street or reached at one of the many taxi ranks in the city centre; the main ones are at New Street Station, Stephenson Street and Digbeth Coach Station.

Disabled visitors

The venue is wheelchair accessible via ramps or lifts. Tactile signage is fitted in the majority of lifts. Assistance Dogs are welcome.
